If your product does not satisfy you, or if the product does not match your expectations, on receipt of the package, you have 14 days to decide whether to return your product or to keep it. You will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
- If you would like an exchange, we will look together to find the most suitable product for your needs.
- If you want a refund and paid by credit card, the amount will be credited on the credit card your used for the payment
- If your payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account for simplicity.
In all cases, the products that will be returned must be new, in their original packaging with the label and proof of purchase.
